Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We ship across India through our courier partners. Serviceability is checked against your pin code at checkout. If your pin code is not serviceable, the order will not be accepted and no payment is taken.

Dispatch and delivery time

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days of payment confirmation from our unit in Malegaon, Nashik. Delivery usually takes 3 to 8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Prices of products include GST.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we send the courier name and tracking link on your registered mobile number and email.

Delays and failed delivery

Courier delays caused by weather, strikes, holidays or other events outside our control may extend delivery time. If a shipment returns to us because the address was incorrect or the recipient was not available after repeated attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
